I confirm that at least 60% of my team is a legal Resident of the United States or Canada and that all players on my team have a legal visa to be in the USA for the The 2023 NACT Fall Season Grand Finals  during Sep 28th~Oct 2nd. I understand the USA federal COVID Guidelines apply and foreign travelers on my team must be fully vaccinated to travel to the United States.

I understand my team will not be able to participate unless these requirements are met.
