This event is part of the "Stampede Tournament Circuit"

Participants are restricted to the following regions:

• North America
• Central America
• South America
• Europe (including Russia)

• Winners Finals, Losers Finals, and Grand Finals matches are best 3 out of 5
• ALL other matches are best 2 out of 3
• Losers are allowed to change characters at any time.
• All stages are legal
• Stage select must be random unless both players agree to play on a specific stage.
• All playable characters are legal
• Shadow Palette Pack is banned
• Players are required to play on a stable internet connection with wired ethernet. Players suspected of being on WiFi must present evidence of a wired connection (subject to a tournament organizer's discretion) or be disqualified from that event.
• All players must play on the latest version of the game.
