BYOC Tournament Replacement controllers will be there for emergency use

All tournaments held in double elimination format.

For Dragon ball fighterz, Tekken 7 and JOJO HFTF, Games will run 2/3 until finals which will be 3/5

Smash will run 2/3 until top 8, 3/5

Mortal Kombat will run 3/5 the whole tournament

Accidental pauses will result in loss of the round

Make sure you are clean (Shower taken, wear deodorant etc.)

All players under the age of 16 will need parent permission or able guardian with them during the day

Any forms of collusion or purposely throwing the games played will lead to disqualification.

Don't be rude to any participants. We're all a part of the FGC, treat each other fairly and as happy as possible. Being Rude to TO's or pool captains can result in a lost of game or DQ. We accecpt you can be unhappy with a result but we dont accept rudness to staff
