In the event of a Draw a 5 minute exhibition match will be played, the first player to pin the other for any count will be declared winner.

No Stalling, only one warning will be issued be, second instance will result in forfeiture of match and a loss.

No Pausing (Will result in forfeiture of the match and a loss)
