Standard Goat rules per the Goat Format Website

Tahlequah Yu-Gi-Oh! Goat Format Tournament Rules

All cards played in the tournament MUST follow the 2005 Forbidden and Limited Ban list (April 2005-October 2005)

All players must have sleeved cards for each deck and must follow the rule of minimum 40 cards and a maximum of 60. No deck can be double sleeved.

Rounds will be best of 5

Rounds will have a 70 minute time limit. After time is called, there will be 5 turns (starting on turn 0.) Turns will continue until the end of the 5th turn, or until someone has reached 0 life points. The player with the most game wins of that match will win the match, if players have the same amount of game wins for the match, the match is considered a tie.

Cards will be judged based on the ruling and errata effects of April 2005.

Examples: Ring of Destruction, Sangan, Mind Crush, etc.
